At ThubNow, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy clarifies your rights and responsibilities when deciding to return or exchange a product.
You are eligible to request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days of the order delivery date
The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. All accessories (if any, such as gift cases, glasses boxes, etc.) must also be returned
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been used or show signs of wear
Products that have been damaged due to misuse or accidents
Products returned without all their accessories or original packaging
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps
Contact Us First
Do not ship the product back before contacting us. Please message our customer service team via support@thubnow.com within the 7-day period, providing the following
Your order number
The name of the product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos of the product (including any defects you wish to report)
Approval and Shipping
After reviewing and approving your request, we will provide you with
The specific warehouse address for returning the product (may vary depending on your country)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included inside the package
Ship the Product to be Returned
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered)
We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as ThubNow is not responsible for packages lost in transit
After we receive the product at our warehouse, inspect it, and verify that it meets the return conditions, you can choose one of the following
Product Exchange You can exchange it for the same product or another available product (any price differences will be calculated)
Refund We will refund the amount you paid for the product (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error) to your original payment method or your store e-wallet. The financial refund process may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product was shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
We take full responsibility for errors on our part and will cover all shipping costs associated with replacing the product
